Pink Floydd (all)- "Animals" and "The Wall" ( toss-up )
Moody Blues (all) - A question of balance ( The Balance )

I forgot to add one of the classics....
Meatloaf - Bat out of Hell........Of course there are so many more good songs/groups.
Having been around through the time, I feel that while there is some good music today, the best music of all time (to date)has to be the late 60's and early 70's.
